Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) recently hosted an illuminating event showcasing the outcomes of research projects undertaken with grants from the "BUP Research Project" for the fiscal years 2022–23 and 2023–24. The presentations, held on March 27, 2024, provided a platform for project directors to explore the findings and insights garnered from their respective research endeavors.

Distinguished figures from academia and the armed forces graced the occasion, including Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Khondoker Mokaddem Hossain and Brigadier General Mohammad Shahiduzzaman Khan, Dean of the Centre for Higher Studies and Research (CHSR) at BUP. Also present were Captain Mahbubur Rashid, Director of CHSR, and Brigadier General Md. Mustafa Kamal, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Notably, Professor Md. Mamun-Or-Rashid from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Dhaka lent his expertise as a subject specialist.
