Biography

Farhan Masuq is a young legal professional who obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), securing the top position in his batch. Building on this achievement, Farhan pursued his passion for law by completing his LLM from BUP, once again earning the distinction of being ranked first in his class. During his law school years, he involved himself in a multitude of extracurricular activities. Notably, he served as the President of the BUP Law & Moot Court Club. 

Following his graduation, Farhan embarked on a promising career at Shawn Novel & Associates, a renowned law firm. With a versatile approach, he has adeptly handled a diverse range of legal matters and cases from divergent fields, including intellectual property law, insurance law, energy law, family law, employment law, company law, labour law, and investment law. His broad expertise extends to areas such as startups, foreign direct investment, company matters, transnational transactions, legal drafting, opinion writing, and intellectual property rights.

With an aim to apply his practical experience in academia, Farhan has joined as Lecturer in Law at BUP.
