I currently serve at the Bangladesh University of Professionals as a Lecturer of Public Administration. My teaching philosophy is to make all the students capable and good human beings who will serve the nation with the utmost integrity. 
My areas of interest are human rights, public policy, gender issues, diplomacy, and comparative administrative arrangements. 
My research interests are gender issues, politics and administration, and entrepreneurship development.
