Biography

Md H Asibur Rahman is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (on study leave) in the Department of Business Administration- General, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Bangladesh. Earlier, he served as a Lecturer in his current institution as well as in the Department of Business Administration under the Faculty of Business & Social Science (FBSS), BUP at Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA) The Faculty of Business & Social Science (FBSS) is specially designed to impart undergraduate level education to Long Course Officers from the Bangladesh ArmyIn BMA, he has taken classes with Officer Cadets from 77 BMA Long Course to 83 BMA Long Course. During his time at the BMA, he had been on a number of committees and taskforces to design course curriculam and structures for BMA Long Courses as a representative of BUP. Before joining BUP, he served as a faculty member at a private university named Gono Bishwabidyalay, Bangladesh. He has completed his MBA degree in Human Resource Management and BBA degree in Management Studies from Jahangirnagar UniversityBangladeshHis research interests include gender diversity, Transformative Service Research, well-being and resilience, workplace ostracism, and organizational behavior, with a focus on sustainable development. As an emerging academic, he has published dozens of articles in various international journals. His publication details are available here
