Biography
Md. Ataur Rahman Talukder is an Assistant Professor inInternational Relations at Bangladesh University of Professionals. During histenure as Lecturer Mr. Talukder served as an instructor (academic) at BangladeshMilitary Academy (BMA). Mr. Talukder completed his graduation andpostgraduation in International Relations from University of Dhaka. He ispassionate about extra-curricular activities. He served as the executive boardmember in different Model United Nations. He has also lead the BUP GlobalAffairs Council as the Moderator. Mr. Talukder is a recipient of thePrestigious Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. His research interests includeidentity politics, traditional security issues as well as development andgovernance in the global south.
