Biography

Dr. Sumayya Begum is an Associate Professor of the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Bangladesh. She pursued her PhD in Human Resource Management from the Wuhan University of Technology, China. She has 20 years of teaching and research experience in the business and management field. Her research areas of interest are management, organizational behavior, and human resource management.
